the man upstairs sent me a picture.

official wedding pictures are on their way to me right now. robert emailed his favorites to me late last night (now knowing how very impatient i am) as an apology for taking a week or two longer than expected so i don't have to wait two more extra days to see the first glimpse. i'm going to admit that they made me cry a little..especially this one. there is so much happiness in my eyes that i never saw before that day and now i'm really seeing it for the first time. i've been praying for a while that God would guide us in our marriage and give us grace during hardships. He listened and sent me a picture to remind me of how much my husband loves me.

and i cried just a little because i see the big picture now. it's so easy to get lost in day to day things. i see how much i am loved right here, in this moment. this picture will mean so much to me for the rest of my life and i will carry it with me as a reminder of how good God is, and when you think He can't hear you, He can. and He listens. i feel so blessed.
